Not only does Erica have passion for styling hair, but she has the education and teaching to back it up. Erica graduated first in her class from Marchman Technical Education Center before entering the industry as a career. After landing a job at the prestigious J. Joseph Salon, she apprenticed under owner Roy Naccour for seven months before branching out on her own.
After three years in the industry, Erica has become proficient in high/low lighting, razor cuts, dry cuts, blow dries, updos, perms and Brazilian Keratin Straightening. In addition to being a certified user of Pureology® products, Erica believes in continuing her education, most notably at the 2011 Redken Symposium in Las Vegas in January.

Michael Basham is a graduate of the Redken Salon Professional Academy. In addition to serving as an apprentice to Roy Naccour, owner of J.Joseph Salon, Michael has been behind the hair at many fashion shows,
photo shoots, and other events in the Tampa area during 2010.

These are just some of the rave reviews used to describe Lisa Murray. Lisa knew she wanted to be a hair stylist as a young teenager. She graduated from Avanti Hair Tech in 1992 before training with some of the nation’s finest stylists and went on to earn advanced training certificates in color, cutting and styling.
She started her own salon and made it into a thriving business in only 2 short years. After 6 in business Lisa sold her salon to spend more time raising her 2 children, a passion that rivals her passion for styling.

 Most recently, Jeremy Bisono, one of J. Joseph’s most talented stylists, spent a week in New York City at the renowned Redken Exchange.
Overlooking Fifth Avenue – the most fashionable street in NYC – the Redken Exchange is an educational and creative think tank for stylists with the highest level of expertise and consistency. The school is housed in an incredible 11,000 square foot facility that includes a hair color bar, 68-seat theater and interactive hands-on workshops.
Stylists attend the Redken Exchange to expand their artistic vision and challenge their own talents. Only highly skilled stylists like Jeremy are accepted and attend intensive professional classes, including color correction, blonding, design color and finish, advanced design, long hair, magazine photo shoots and dressing the bride.
They return home as cutting edge stylists with new skills that deliver the best hair care and latest looks for their clients.
The Exchange is also a great venue for exchanging tips, ideas and techniques with other hair stylists. “I learned so much from other stylists and it was fun sharing with them many of the unique things we do here at J. Joseph’s,” says Jeremy.
Jessica is no stranger to the salon industry.
She has spent the past nine years undergoing extensive training from some of the top stylists in the industry and has gained a wealth of knowledge from them, as well as from business owners and highly-qualified Redken Professionals.
In addition to her specialization in cuts, colors, highlights and Brazilian Keratin Straightening, Jessica is a pro at on-site styling, doing hair at events such as the Boss Magazine Fashion Show, Tampa Bay Parenting Magazine’s Fall 2011 Fashion Spread Photo Shoot, and Tampa Bay’s Dancing with the Stars 2010.

Brittani is the newest stylist to join the illustrious J. Joseph Salon team!
As a young girl, Brittani had a passion for hair and makeup and was always the talented friend everyone would come to for their homecoming or prom hairstyle. After graduating from Freedom High School in 2008, Brittani attended the Salon Professional Academy in Tampa, where her “celebrity-inspired” hairstyle for the school fashion show was featured in the Tampa Tribune.
She assisted top stylists, Roy Naccour and Linda Boyington, during her internship and now has the skills and experience to be the one behind the chair.
Brittani’s favorite thing about the industry is how there is always something new to learn, whether it be a new color trend or new cutting technique.
She looks forward to bringing self-confidence and beauty to all her clients!
